The FOS team provided the County of Baltimore with a comprehensive facility condition assessment (FCA) program for nearly 5 million gross square feet of assets. The FCA program additionally includes asset tagging, FOScore® - our deferred maintenance and capital planning software - and computerized maintenance management (CMMS) integration. The project for the County is an outcome of the successful FCA, educational adequacy assessment, and masterplan completed for the Baltimore County Public School system.

For the County itself, the FOS team is assessing nearly 200 unique assets across a diverse geography and numerous municipal departments. To align with the management structure of the County, we have worked and reported findings within their four primary quadrants as well as their municipal core. The initial data is intended to support upcoming capital and bond planning, and the software training and support is intended to give the County the tools and agency to ensure that the data can be easily updated, kept current, and grow in value over time to support the stewardship goals of the community.
