According to IFMA (International Facility Management Association), the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certificate is “known as the must-have credential for facility professionals.” Our own Jaime Nantka has recently earned this distinct qualification!

IFMA's mission is to “advance our collective knowledge, value and growth for FM professionals to perform at the highest level.” This is proven through their commitment to the FMP program, that is designed to strengthen the hard and soft skills needed to succeed in facility management.

In order to complete this certification, Jaime had to take courses to develop the skills and certainty to solve complex on-the-job challenges including:

• Best practices to run facilities more effectively and efficiently

• Training and knowledge to become and expert with in-demand skills

• A deep dive into the four fundamental subject areas of facilities management

• How to offer tangible, effective solutions
