During this session, FOS’s own Nick Derr and Catherine Tinkler joined BlueCottage of CannonDesign’s Chris Lambert to explore their work with the City of Greeley and the City of Urbana. This discussion showcased how a combination facility condition assessment (FCA), space need assessment, and master planning can help vastly different organizations make better decisions. Attendees learned how to ask for what they need – ultimately optimizing their physical assets.
