FOS Increases Rankings On Best Places To Work List

Thanks to our employees, FOS has increased their score and moved up the ranks on the list of Buffalo Business First's Best Places To Work for 2022!
Since 2005, companies in Western New York have asked their teams to respond to an engagement survey in an attempt to get on the list of Best Places to Work. Measuring six engagement categories, the survey determines levels of communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamic, and trust in leadership. A minimum level of employee participation (based on total number of employees) is required to garner statistically-sound results. Questions are written to ask where participants fall on a “strongly disagree” to a “strongly agree” scale, and an average score is then indexed to a 100-point scale. Results of the survey determine the winners, putting the results in the hands of the company’s employees.
