FOS Receives Best Places To Work Award

Thanks to our employees, FOS has increased their score and moved up the ranks on the list of Buffalo Business First's Best Places To Work for 2023!
Since 2005, companies in Western New York have asked their teams to respond to an engagement survey in an attempt to get on the list of Best Places to Work. Measuring six engagement categories, the survey determines levels of communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamic, and trust in leadership. Results of the survey determine the winners, putting the results in the hands of the company’s employees.
This is the third year in a row FOS has earned this distinction. Some of this year’s survey results said:
