Turning Datapoints Into Action

This month, FOS was invited to present a webinar to NASFA (National Association of State Facilities Administrators) members titled, “Capital Improvement Projects – Taking Control of Data.” The economic effects of the pandemic have put tremendous pressure on organizational budgets across the country. The organizations that successfully navigate facilities, capital, and operational budgets are those that align data with strategy. Folks who joined the webinar got to learn how Baltimore County Public Schools partnered with FOS and CannonDesign to develop a comprehensive, data-driven strategy aimed to define operational reforms and capital projects in close partnership with its diverse communities. We wrapped up by sharing how we helped BCPS turn over 100,000 datapoints into consensus and action. Catch the recording of the presentation here:
